Very good product, which cleans the crystals well without having to deal with it. I received the product quickly after ordering online. Delighted with my choice, small interchangeable towels are very practical. I recommend this product especially for high sliding windows, it is very practical!

I recently installed a new window that I can’t reach to clean. This works perfect. Few tricks 1) wash window with wet pads (just one to two sprays of cleaner 2) wash a second time with dry pads you may have to run it twice on dry to remove swirl marks from the pad. I did not but I could see how that may happen. It takes a bit to get it perfect but when I do the windows with a squeegee it takes me one to two passes. At least with this you can walk away and do something else.

This robotic window cleaner is very nice and easy to use, it can rotate 360°on the surface of the window. I tried on big glass window and it was fun watching the cleaner doing its job. The window looks super clean now. I'm very happy with this purchase. I can say that this robot is absolutely worth it.
