I am passing vertical photos and videos to this frame but I do not know why it makes them horizontal and deforms. I asked the customer service when he will tell me. Otherwise it works genia, it comes in a very elegant box ideal for gifts as in my case and despite the commented detail that I hope to solve it looks and hears great.
