Hello to help people who can't open the device like me at the start, I managed to find out why in fact to try already to open it to lever at the bottom then the device once opened which is difficult to do will find a white lid on the reserve, You take it and you pull it on the inside of your lid then you put it on the device to close it and try to open it it should work properly. For me it works.
