Shipping & Delivery
How our products get shipped
- Order Placement: The process begins when a customer places an order for a physical product from a Chinese supplier or manufacturer. This can be done through various platforms, such as an e-commerce website, a trade platform, or direct communication with the supplier.
- Order Confirmation and Payment: Once the order is placed, the supplier will review the details, including the product, quantity, and shipping address. They will then send an order confirmation to the customer, specifying the total cost, including the product price, shipping fees, and any applicable taxes or customs duties. The customer will make the payment through the agreed-upon payment method.
- Product Preparation and Packaging: After receiving the payment, the supplier will begin preparing the product for shipment. This involves manufacturing (if not already in stock) and carefully packaging the product to ensure it is well-protected during transit.
- Shipping and Customs Clearance: The supplier will choose a shipping method based on the customer's preference or the most suitable option for the product's size, weight, and delivery time. Common shipping methods include air freight, sea freight, or courier services like DHL, FedEx, or UPS. The product will then go through customs clearance procedures, which may involve documentation and inspection to comply with the importing country's regulations.
- Transit Period: The transit period will depend on the chosen shipping method. For example, air freight is faster but more expensive, while sea freight takes longer but is usually more cost-effective for larger shipments. During this time, the customer can usually track the package's status using a tracking number provided by the supplier.
How our products get delivered
- Arrival and Local Delivery: Once the product reaches the destination country, it will go through customs clearance procedures again. After clearing customs, the local postal service or delivery company will take over the delivery process. For express courier services, the package will be delivered directly to the customer's provided shipping address. For other methods, the local carrier may contact the customer to arrange for delivery or pickup.
- Customer Receipt: The customer will receive the product at their provided shipping address. They may be required to sign for the delivery as proof of receipt. Upon receiving the product, the customer should inspect it for any damages or discrepancies and report them to the supplier if necessary.
- After-sales Support: After receiving the product, the customer may need assistance or support related to the product's performance or any other issues. In such cases, they can contact the supplier's customer support for assistance or warranty claims.
